License
These are the terms of sale for every template sold on this site. They are short because the important parts are.
Grant
Payment gives you one non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the templates you bought inside a single organisation's Grok Bot account, and to modify them for that organisation's internal use. One purchase, one organisation.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, publish or publicly share the templates, their share links, or the accompanying documentation. You may not use them as source material for a competing template catalogue.
The share link is the product. Treat it the way you would treat a login: keep it inside your organisation.
Warranty
The templates are configuration and judgment, not software. They produce recommendations, not decisions.
Every bot requires a named human's approval before contacting a customer or vendor, spending money, or altering a production record. That gating is a term of this license, not merely a default setting. If you remove an approval gate, you do so on your own authority in your own account, and any support obligation from us ends there.
Beyond that, the templates are provided as they are. We do not warrant that they fit a purpose we did not describe.
Liability
Our liability to you is capped at the price you paid. These bots operate on accounts receivable, forecasts, margins and vendor contracts. A buyer who removes the approval gates can lose real money, and this cap is the boundary.
Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase, conditional on your having run the acceptance tests in EVAL.md and telling us which test failed. Send that to [YOUR EMAIL] and we ask Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, to refund the order. They tell us it can take up to ten days to show on your statement.
The condition is not there to make refunds hard. Most refund requests turn out to be a placeholder or a connector scope, and become support requests instead. The ones that survive are genuine and we want to hear about them.
